Existing customers who have already booked can log in via our customer portal and manage their bookings there and make new booking requests.
The booking requests are checked by you. Only then is a contract automatically created and sent to the customer by E-Mail for confirmation.
For you, the entire process normally means only a few clicks per booking, the rest we do automatically.
We support trial days and trial overnight stays – how you handle it you set once in the settings.
Customers can book these directly via the online form and also transmit all customer and animal data.
We automatically check for missing trial stays and point you and the customer to it.
As a rule, we can import customer and animal data as well as existing bookings from your inventory software.
From standard software common on the market we import for free, for other software we will gladly make you an individual offer.
